1. How I do know if you are a reliable seller?
Ans: I've previously conducted sprees on sgspree etc. and traded on sgselltrade. You can always email me to get my fb links! I don't bite! What I hope for is to have customers who are happy from buying from my website!!

2. How long will the item take to arrive in SG?
Ans: Depending on the type of shipment options. We ship either first class int'l or Priority which should take abt 10 days or so.

3. I saw an item on the brand website but your website does not carry it. Can I order?
Ans: Sure!! Just email me the model no. and color!!

Terms and Conditions

1. All products are 100% AUTHENTIC and Brand New with Tags.
2. Gift receipts will be given for Coach items for proof of authenticity.
3. All items sold are final. No exchanges nor refunds will be made unless I make a mistake.
4. Weheartbagz will not be responsible for any loss/damage to the items after the items have been sent out.
5. Items have to be paid before weheartbagz mail out the item.
6. Information on the website is subjected to change without prior notice. Pls check the website for the latest info before placing an order.
7. Weheartbagz is not liable for any GST which may be incurred in SG. For items above 400 SGD including postage, GST may be incurred in SG.
